Steve Allardice practices in personal injury litigation, wills and estates litigation, employment law and disability insurance claims. 

 

He has appeared in both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia to assist persons receive appropriate and fair compensation for their losses.


Steve has handled cases involving all different types of accidents such as motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents, bus accidents, product liability claims, slip and falls, dog bites, assault and a wide array of injuries ranging from soft tissue injuries, brain injuries and psychological trauma such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and anxiety. Steve has extensive experience resolving claims by way of negotiation, mediation, and if necessary, by Trial. 

 

His clients over the years have ranged from infants and retirees to nurses, dentists, fishermen, engineers, police officers, and other lawyers. Each case is unique and he has the experience to understand the specific facts of your case in order to fight for your rights and to secure the compensation you deserve.

 

Steve has served on the board of directors of the Comox Valley Head Injury Society for a number of years to assist people including those who are suffering from brain injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents. 


On a personal note, Steve is extremely grateful to live and work in his hometown of Courtenay where he enjoys participating in a variety of outdoor activities including snowboarding, boating and mountain biking.
