Josh Nobleman

Family Law, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Civil Litigation and Commercial Litigation

Josh joined CR Lawyers in September of 2016. He was drawn to Campbell River after spending free weekends during law school playing in the mountains of Strathcona Park.

Josh articled at Victoria’s Law Centre, a pro bono legal aid clinic, where he prepared for and ran both criminal and civil trials. At the Law Centre, Josh also negotiated out-of-court solutions in such areas as residential tenancies, human rights, family law, and debt collections.

Josh enjoys working with people. He has tutored students for the Law School Admission Test since 2012, and volunteered with the Victoria-based non-profit, Power to Be.

Travel has shaped Josh’s worldview. During law school, Josh completed several co-op terms braving Yellowknife winters, where he worked for first the public and then private sector. In university, Josh joined the McGill Outdoors Club, where he got people outside: rock and ice climbing; snowshoe, ski, and canoe camping trips; and hiking. His last term of university was spent in Panama, and after graduating, Josh spent five months hiking in Patagonia.
